You can delete everything Sawazisha holds about you and your business at any time.

Send DELETE MY DATA (or FUTA DATA YANGU) to Sawazisha. Your records, messages, invoices and statements are deleted immediately and we confirm in the chat.

Email john.m.mwangi411@gmail.com with the subject “Sawazisha data deletion” and the WhatsApp number you used. We'll complete the deletion within 7 days and confirm by email.
What isn't deleted
Messages already on your own phone are controlled by you and WhatsApp. If the law requires us to keep a record (for example, to resolve a dispute), we'll tell you what we kept and why.
